I’m the Money Blawgger, a lawyer in my 14th year of practice. I currently work in-house after having done my time in the salt mines of BigLaw.
Whether you are just beginning your career or closer to the end, whether you work in government, a law firm, a company or in public interest, and wherever your income may lie, I hope you will find the Money Blawg a helpful resource for your personal finances.
My goals for the Money Blawg are to:
- Educate fellow legal professionals and other readers so that they can make better personal finance decisions.
- Improve my own personal finances through interacting and sharing ideas with you the readers.
- Have fun.
- Use the Money Blawg as a creative outlet. While I may fancy myself as someone who comes up with creative business and legal solutions in my professional work, blogging provides an outlet beyond the world of deals and cases.
- Be entrepreneurial. My professional career has been all about helping clients from startups to the world’s largest companies. With the Money Blawg, I have an opportunity to experiment and run my own (very) small operation.
